GTM Guys Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to GTM Guys! We are a digital marketing partner for e-commerce businesses, specializing in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email & SMS Marketing, Website Creation & Redesign, Funnels, and YouTube Channel Building. Our mission is to handle all aspects of your digital marketing so you can make more family memories. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services and Scope of Work

GTM Guys agrees to provide the digital marketing services that include, but are not limited to:

• Meta Ads: Strategy, creation, and management of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram platforms.

• Google Ads: Strategy, creation, and management of advertising campaigns on the Google Ads network, including Search, Display, and Shopping.

• Email & SMS Marketing: Development and implementation of automated flows, campaigns, and list management for e-commerce clients.

• Website Creation, Redesign & Funnels: Design, development, and optimization of e-commerce websites and landing pages for conversion.

• YouTube Channel Building: Strategy, content creation, and video editing for a YouTube presence.

Any work or services requested by the client that fall outside the agreed-upon scope of work will be considered a "Variation" and will require a new SOW and a separate fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide GTM Guys with all necessary information, content (e.g., product images, descriptions), access to advertising accounts, and timely feedback required to complete the services. The client warrants that all materials provided are owned by them or that they have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use them.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment for the services, the client shall own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, including but not limited to website design, ad creative, and video content. GTM Guys retains the right to use the client's name, brand, and a description of the project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycle, and late payment penalties, will be specified in the individual Statement of Work (SOW). All invoices must be paid within the agreed days of the invoice date. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

GTM Guys provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or sales due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing platforms and market conditions. GTM Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the services by providing the agreed days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
